Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of CindyRella Designs ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
CindyRella Designs provides:
- Balloon art and decoration services
- Custom printing services
- Party favor creation
- Event decoration planning and setup
- Clothing customization and haberdashery
- Related party and event decoration services
Booking and Payments
Quotes and Booking
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- A booking is confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement and deposit
- Deposit requirements will be specified in your quote
- Final payment is due before or on the day of service delivery
Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified
- Prices may vary based on complexity, materials, and timing
- Additional charges may apply for rush orders or special requests
- Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client Cancellations
- More than 14 days notice: Full refund of deposit
- 7-14 days notice: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 7 days notice: No refund of deposit
- Day of event: Full payment required
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- One free reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days notice
- Additional rescheduling may incur fees
Our Cancellations
In rare circumstances where we must cancel (illness, emergency, etc.), we will:
- Provide as much notice as possible
- Offer full refund of all payments
- Attempt to provide alternative arrangements where possible
Service Delivery
Setup and Installation
- We require access to the venue at agreed-upon times for setup
- Client is responsible for ensuring appropriate venue access
- Setup times are estimates and may vary based on complexity
- We will work to minimize disruption during setup
Materials and Safety
- We use high-quality, professional-grade materials
- All installations follow safety guidelines and best practices
- Client is responsible for venue safety requirements and restrictions
- Weather conditions may affect outdoor installations
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate event details and requirements
- Ensure venue access at agreed-upon times
- Inform us of any venue restrictions or requirements
- Make timely payments as outlined in the agreement
- Treat our team and equipment with respect
- Supervise children around decorations and equipment
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Venue-related issues beyond our control
- Weather-related complications for outdoor events
- Damage caused by third parties or acts of nature
- Allergic reactions to materials (please inform us of any allergies)
Intellectual Property
- We retain rights to our original designs and creative work
- We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes
- Client-provided designs or materials remain the property of the client
- We respect trademark and copyright laws in all custom work
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or other unforeseeable events.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by Irish law and resolved in Irish courts.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
